| Donald Wheat Founder, President CEO Don founded Alaskan Campers, Inc. which has continued the production and design development of an original Don Hall design. He has spent thirty-six years in and around the RV industry and in senior data processing management positions. He was solely responsible for the acquistion of the rights and tooling for the GMC Motorhome acquired from GMC in 1982. Don has an degree from the University of Minnesota. |

| Bryan Wheat Vice President of Sales Sec/Treasurer Bryan joined Alaskan as VP of Sales after 11 years at two other highly successful Corporations. Having helped build the sales organizations in both of those companies, Bryan brings a customer-centric sales approach to Alaskan. While he was at Musicland, the sales doubled in both size and revenue. He was named the major account rep of the year and MVP sales manager of the year for two years. Bryan has a Degree from Chemekata Community College. |

| James Mcharness Director of Manufacturing Vice President Jim has extensive experience in manufacturing operations and quality control at Alaskan Campers. At Alaskan, Jim built the manufacturing organization over a thirty-six year period. He retired from the military a holds a citation. |
